Space Overview
Capacity: Up to 40 people
Size: 1,200 sq ft open studio layout
Bathrooms: 2 ADA-accessible restrooms
Tables & Chairs: Available for use
Layout: Flexible open space that can be arranged for meetings, classes, workshops, or small gatherings

BASH works well for:
Yoga or movement classes
Workshops
Community gatherings
Meetings
Small celebrations

What Is NOT Included
To keep the space simple and flexible, BASH does not include:
Kitchen access
Refrigerator or freezer
Cooking equipment
If your event requires food service, please plan accordingly (coolers are recommended).

Fire & Safety Policy
For safety and building regulations:
No open flame is permitted.
This includes candles, Sterno food warmers, or any flame-based decor.
Flameless candles and LED lighting are welcome.

Noise Policy
BASH is located in a shared area and we work to be respectful of surrounding businesses and neighbors.
Please follow these guidelines:
Music and amplified sound must remain at a reasonable indoor volume.
Events should not create excessive noise outside the building.
DJs, large speakers, or concert-level sound are not permitted.
Doors should remain closed when music is playing.
Events that rely on very loud music or nightclub-style sound are not a good fit for BASH.

Setup & Clean Up
Renters are responsible for returning the space to its original condition.
Please plan to:
Remove all decorations and personal items
Dispose of trash properly
Return tables and chairs to their original location
The space should be left clean and ready for the next guest.

Good Fit for BASH
BASH is best suited for:

✓ Small celebrations with moderate sound

Not the Best Fit for BASH
The space may not be ideal for:
✗ Large parties with loud music
✗ Events requiring a full kitchen
✗ Events with open flame or candles
✗ Events exceeding 40 guests
